The house had plenty of space and areas to break into smaller groups or gather together. This house was much larger than the pictures represented. Also, the chairs in the living room were very uncomfortable. There isn’t immediate beach access, but there is a beautiful trail leading to a viewing point and easy access to other beaches in the area. There was dog hair everywhere. Things that hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Lots of stuff was broken including a chair to sit in. Dishwasher didn’t work well and had mold in it. Kitchen was good for meal prep. I had to wrestle with the racks in the dishwasher each time I cleaned up. It was difficult to get hot water in the showers, though we enjoyed the large bathtub. We really liked our stay at the house, the kids loved the upstairs rooms and loft space. We found a few pieces of trim that were loose or falling off and the bathtub drains didn't drain very well but that was really the only issues we had.
