You'll feel right at home in our beautifully designed 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottages. Each cottage features two levels of living space. The first floor is composed of a kitchen with breakfast bar, half bathroom and living area that has a pull out sofa bed and a flat screen HD TV. The second floor is home to the bedroom which is outfitted with a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom and laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. With all the conveniences of home, these cottages is perfect for a weekend getaway or extended stay! \* Please note, there will be a $50./night per dog fee added and is not currently included in this booking. East Island Reserve will contact you prior to stay to asses pet fees that may be applicable. 2 dog limit per booking. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION: Guest agrees to the following: To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. Once a booking is submitted, Guest will receive a text message to finalize. A copy of a valid government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival. Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. We were on a last minute getaway and they had availability that would allow us to bring our dog. The cottage was very nice and clean but very small. We had an issue with our smoke detector going off the first night but their staff was really good about having someone come and check it out and replace it. The remotes for the TV’s were hit or miss. I’m assuming they both needed new batteries but we made it work for the limited time we were going to be watching TV.Only downside is that you need to drive into Newport and try to find parking which is hard to find and the prices are high and varying from day to day. One day it was 20 for the whole day and another lot we used (after driving around for an hour looking) charged us 10/ hour ##### Jeff C. Location is within a walking distance to the Vineyard for drinks or dinner. The saltwater pool was wonderful. Be advised that cottages 1-12 allow pets. We did not want a pet cottage, but we were assigned to pet cottage 2. We arrived and were advised there was an air conditioning problem. The property manager installed 2 window a/c units while the problem was being worked. We had minor problems that we immediately called to the attention of the property manager. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. So, we opened the window only to find out there was no screen on the window. The main bathroom sink plug was not attached underneath the sink to allow for filling the basin. The freezer door was broken and would not allow the refrigerator to close properly. Not a great way to start a vacation. Dave the maintenance man was very polite and quick to fix whatever he had the parts to fix. ##### c b.
