Bit of a hike to the beach access but not terrible. Stairs required for beach access. Reaurants around the area were good quality but often closed might have been more about being off season (Late September). Walkway to guesthouse has 1 step that not well lit(possible fall hazard). This is our second time.We were disappointed that the futon in the living room was gon and replaced by a small couch. My daughter and I don't sleep together. It was a bit uncomfortable sleeping in the bed together. The backyard was full of dog poop. We had to clean it up before we could sit out on the lawn. We love the place. It has a million-dollar view of the ocean and it's in walking distance of so many good restaurants and little shops. The property was clean and well-equipped.It was quiet and the wifi was good. The bed was really comfortable.
