This cozy, first floor retreat features 2 bedrooms with a king bed, bunk bed w/double & twin & twin trundle, perfect for small groups or families. Two full bathrooms are equipped with showers, bathtub, hair dryer and other amenities. Guests can unwind in comfort in a very clean, well maintained and newly renovated in 2025 property. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Newport and our apartment have to offer. \*No more than four adults or two adults and three kids without owner approval.

Absolutely fantastic experience - I couldn’t recommend the space more! Thoughtfully renovated, details weren’t missed. The spa-like bathtub you actually want to sit in was a nice surprise. Perfect location for walking in and out of town. Hosts were incredibly responsive without being overbearing- a thoughtful guide with all questions typed out was a nice touch. Will stay here again!
