Updated 2 bed, 1 bath Oceanfront Home with a beautiful UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW, GARAGE PARKING, & OCEANFRONT PATIO. The home includes 1 Queen Bed, 2 Singles, and a Queen Size pullout couch. This updated home comes with a SMART TV, WiFi, Propane BBQ, washer and dryer (shared), Beach/Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs/Toys, and 2 Bicycles.

This property centrally located on 15th Street between the Balboa and Newport Beach piers. You can walk or ride bikes to anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.
For those of you with kids, Balboa Park is just across the street on the bay making this home an ideal location for families.
Guests can access Unit B, Garage (stall B), shared laundry, and OCEANFRONT PATIO.
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc.
- This is a Tri-Plex Property (3 units), Unit B (ground lever + patio) is being rented under this advertisement.
- Laundry is shared with other onsite renters.
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers on the boardwalk should be expected.
- Oceanfront Patio and Propane BBQ are not shared with the other units.
-This home has a locked connecting door to an additional 2 bedroom unit which can be rented separately
- 1 Garage Parking Spot is provided. Large Trucks/SUVs will NOT fit inside the garage, Midsize SUVs and compact vehicles are recommended.
-High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
PETS
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.
