Home professionally managed by Tower 17 Properties located in Newport Beach CA. Our home is located on the 2nd floor of a two-unit building and includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your time at the beach. West Newport is (in our opinion) one of the best locations to live/rent in Newport Beach. From forty-seventh to seventy-fourth, W. Newport is home to many long-term and permanent residents of Newport spending their time enjoying the beach without all of the hustle and bustle of the Pier & Tourist Areas. Inclusive of the W. Newport Park, you will find everything from children's Jungle Gyms to Racquetball, Pickle Ball, Tennis, Volleyball, and basketball courts. For those looking to explore the Bay, we recommend launching your stand-up paddle boards and kayaks from Channel Park on 46th street. The community of West Newport also has some great local restaurants.
