This Treasured Retreat has been recently remodeled and is tastefully decorated with a relaxing beach theme. This home has an open floor plan with a light and bright beach air. This beautifully updated kitchen that is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining that opens up to the dining room and living room for social interaction. The home is stocked as if a 5 star resort hotel with all the amenities to make your vacation comfortable and convenient. You will be within walking distance of the Newport Beach Pier, Huntington Beach Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, local shops, restaurants/bars, parks, beach fire pits and lots of entertainment. Amusement parks, malls and both Catalina and Balboa Islands are all close to Newport Beach as well. The house is very clean and well maintained. You will get the VIP treatment during your stay. Perfect location for enjoying the BEACH! We have also included fun beach toys for your enjoyment: Beach Toys, Boogie Boards, Surf Board, Beach Wagon, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrellas, Beach Bikes and Beach Towels. We can also offer additional beach bike rentals through a local vendor that will bring them to the house upon arrival and pick them up upon departure. Just a few homes from the beach, it was a perfect location. Not even a minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes to the shopping center for fast food and restaurants, so convenient. Super clean and neat. The property manager, Brenda, told us it was recently remodeled, and it certainly didn’t disappoint and neither did she, answering our questions. We loved hangout on the roomy patio and the convenience of running back and forth from the beach. As the photos showed, it was everything we expected and more with the amenities, beach gear and bikes. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommended. ##### Greg H.
