There was plenty of beach gear including coolers, wagons, boards, chairs, bikes and more. The house had everything to cook. The beds were comfortable. Location is close to sand, shops, restaurants, and the only grocery store on the peninsula. The roof top deck was a nice bonus. Steve is a great host, easy to communicate with and friendly. His property was very clean and comfortable- just what you want for that classic beach house experience. We were only 30 mins or so away from the Disney parking lots - Mickey & Friends or Pixar Pals lots, so a quick tram ride to the parks from there. Then we were only a very short walk from a wonderful beach. Grocery store (Pavilions) and places to eat were also a very short walk away. We really enjoyed Woody’s Diner for breakfast. Check in was easy, the house was very clean and the owner was very accommodating. The house has a ton of amenities and I could have packed less stuff.
