Permit SLP13567 Situated just one block from the ever-popular 40th Street beach, our newly-updated downstairs vacation unit provides a great home base for families to enjoy the best coastal experience that Newport Beach can offer. Here's what you'll find: LIVING ROOM: \- Leather sofa and love seat \- Streaming TV \- Fireplace (currently is not operational) \- Sliding glass door to front patio \- Open to kitchen KITCHEN: \- Center island with barstool seating for 6 \- Major and small appliances \- Fully stocked with gear for meal prep and dining (dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, bakeware, etc.) \- Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.) BEDROOMS: Bedroom #1: Queen Bed; ceiling fan Bedroom #2: 2 Twin beds; ceiling fan; en-suite bathroom EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: \- To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 2 twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided. \- Space is limited in the home. Sleeping mats can be used in the bedrooms or in the living room/ kitchen area \- Twin rollaway beds can be rented in lieu of mats, if desired. RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information. CITY TAX: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
