From our appliances to our furniture to the linens, dish ware and more this home is without a doubt one of the nicest and certainly cleanest rentals you will come across in the city of Newport Beach. Each of our bedrooms includes 1 comfortable queen-sized bed with a shared hallway bathroom equipped with a double vanity sink. From this location, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the Newport Peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike ride in one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far! Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away.
