Bedroom 1 - 1 King Bed Bedroom 2 - 2 Queen Beds HOME LOCATION This property is centrally located on 44th Street North of Newport Pier. You can walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach. For those of you with kids, West Newport Park is just a few blocks away with basketball, tennis, and racketball courts along with a full playground making this home an ideal location for families. IMPORTANT HOME NOTES: \- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Coffee shop is a 3 minute walk away. A decent selection of beach gear (chairs, wagons, a small cooler, boogie boards, spikeball) were either left behind or provided by the host. If you are particularly sensitive to street noise it may not be great as you’ll want the windows open for cool air, at least during the warm summer months. ##### Brian H.
