Coffee shop is a 3 minute walk away. A decent selection of beach gear (chairs, wagons, a small cooler, boogie boards, spikeball) were either left behind or provided by the host. If you are particularly sensitive to street noise it may not be great as you’ll want the windows open for cool air, at least during the warm summer months. ##### Brian H.
