Very clean, had plenty of kitchen items to cook with. Laundry facilities worked well. But if you want a casual, fun, relaxing beach stay this is for you! A vintage Newport duplex with all its quirks and fun vibe.the properties are all in close proximity; the weekend energy is palatable. The property is well equipped In every way; Bikes, beach chairs, kitchen tools, BBQ, on site parking and a comfortable cross breeze when the front door and slider are open. It’s located on the north end of the peninsula (my preference) which has much less traffic and congestion but easy access to the pier, Fun Zone, PCH and great restaurants. The location is just steps to the sand with lifeguard stations. The back patio is a plus! We were a family of five adults in town for a UCI graduation and enjoyed our four night stay. We were able to experience the ocean without having to drive and park. Condo location is fabulous with the added bonus of off-street parking. Stephanie was extremely responsive and helpful with a few inquiries we had. Loved our stay in Newport Beach! The house is only one house back from the beach, and a short bike ride to the Newport Beach boardwalk. Absolutely perfect location for our California vacation! Super awesome to have garage and driveway parking, which is a hot commodity in the Newport area. House had several bikes, beach chairs, a couple boogey boards, wagon and beach umbrella. Nice to have a washer and dryer too. The house had all the pots, pans, and eating utensils necessary to cook and eat at home. No spices or things for cooking, though, which was fine, since we didn't plan on cooking any major meals. Price was right, and the homeowner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.
