We only had a rental car for two days, but the secure garage was a bonus for the car and for the bikes that we rented for the week. The property even came with some useful beach equipment (a couple of boogie boards, a cooler, beach chairs, and some other fun items). The location was ideal for quickly getting on the walking / biking path and it was only a few minutes walk from shopping, dining, ice cream, night life, etc. And only a block away from bike / surf rentals and a 7-Eleven. The electronic locks were easy to use and effective. We will definitely plan to return to this property in the future! ##### Erik K. Being from Newport Beach I thought this place was in the perfect location. The place was very pleasant and clean besides the sheets on the beds and the bath towels. They seemed to be stained with bleach and looked old and used. The shower to the master bathroom was so clogged you could not even take a shower without it filling up. After checking out of this property I soon to get an email and a charge of saying that sheets were stained and towels too. We were not even at the property to stain anything nor spent that much time at the place. We did NOT eat one meal in there, go to the beach, or having any children with us. I proceeded with an email back stating that it was misunderstanding that it could not of been us or mistaking it for another unit but I could not even get an email back.
