Property needs a bit of maintenance for me to give it a 5 star rating. Recommend fixing the roof (I think moisture is working its way in from the roof to the interior ceiling and will cause damage if not fixed ASAP). The screen doors in back need replacing. Literally sandy beach a few steps from the entrance. Additionally the pier and restaurants are only a 10-15 minute walk. We stayed in upper level and it fit our family of 5 perfectly. The sand bucket was a great touch and the kids used daily. Only three minor issues….1\. Garage is very steep (as noted in listing) but we did park the car inside…with emergency parking break enabled. 2\. Deck is more narrow than it appears in listing. We still used deck for ocean viewing. 3\. No coffee grounds for morning coffee. I knew that the rental wouldnt provide stocked groceries but i thought there’d be at least a small bag of coffee…would have provided a better start to the day.
