We celebrated a family get together with 10 people so having 3 units was nice for people on slightly different schedules. It was great for our mom and dog to have the ground floor unit with no stairs to climb. It was cool one day and night so the gas fireplaces were great to take the chill off and warm the bones after a beach walk. It was great to have garage parking for our 3 cars. The upstairs unit was great to watch sea life , sun rises & sets while people go by on the beach walkway. Caution look both ways before opening gate to head out on walkway or to the beach.
