The refrigerator was not cold so I moved food to freezer so it wouldn't go bad. When the appliance man finally showed up, he took all the food out of the freezer and it was ruined. I have no clue why he took it all out when it was working, he barely spoke english so i had a hard time talking to him. Also, this house had a terrible smell when we walked in so I had to go buy glade plug ins that helped a ton. The drawers in the master bedroom do not open so it was a nightbare putting clothes away. This house is cute, but kitchen is very small and two people can't walk next to each other. Its worth 4-5k for the week, I got robbed at 9k with all my food ruined and no reimbursement for the food. And it was my daughters birthday so we couldn't host since my kitchen was a mess. I get things happen, but they didn't seem to care at all and her night was ruined along with our food. ##### kristina g. It was clean and everything was there that we needed. Communication with the host was very good and they responded very quickly to questions we had.
