The best means of transportation is by car. The home has a 2-car tandem garage for compact vehicles as the spaces are narrow. You can hire private transport (Towncar) if you’re not driving. There are also rideshare services like Super Shuttle and of course curb-ride services like Uber and Lyft as well as taxis. It’s a 3-story beach house, so guests need to climb stairs. We provide some complimentary essentials like soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, dishwasher capsules, and toilet paper. There’s no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like the place cleaned during your stay, that service can be arranged for an extra fee. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. Loved the rooftop for hanging out with coffee or cocktails. Teenagers loved the living room to watch tv and play games. The kitchen was well equipped for the few meals we had at home. The beds were SO comfortable! Everything we needed was there. Clean and nicely decorated. Newport Beach - Lido has wonderful restaurants and shopping within a short walking distance. The beach was close for a quick dip. We were in town for a wedding in Costa Mesa but wanted to be closer to the water. Would definitely recommended Ocean Views Oasis. Newport Elegance hit the mark on all fronts. Excellent location (walking distance to lots of great stuff). The home itself was clean and functional for our group with an amazing roof deck. It claims all queen beds, when they are actually 2 double beds, 1 king, 1 queen, and a pull out couch. A little frustrating the listing isn’t accurate. The house appeared clean but was more of a quick wipe down. The floors were filthy. We also noticed the wine fridge was leaking, we told the property manager and he said they would get someone out asap. They however did not, which shows the lack of care for the property. It worked great for my teenager but if I was expecting a bedroom with a door, I would have been disappointed. I don’t think that was made clear in the description.
