In fact, I'm pretty sure a dog or cat urinated on the couch facing the front of the house. The area rug is filthy and the bedroom carpet needs to be replaced, spots all over, I'm guessing animal urine. I am sanitizing everything I brought with me for my stay, including my dogs items. We love the place so much! The house is clean, comfortable and the furnishings are perfect. The location is great as everything is close by for either walking or biking. Once the car is in the garage, it never leaves. Not sure the two of us would stay anywhere else in the area. This rental was so centrally located to just about everywhere we wanted to go- the beach, the bay, restaurants, etc that we hardly had to drive anywhere!
