Permit #SLP12657 Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath front unit on the Newport Beach Peninsula is the perfect headquarters to experience all the best sites of Newport. Here's what you'll find: LIVING/DINING AREA: \- Sofa and additional seating \- TV \- Dining table w/ seating for 4 \- Barstool seating for 2 at the adjacent kitchen counter KITCHEN: \- Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware \- All major appliances; small appliances \- Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.) BEDROOMS: \- Bedroom #1: Queen bed; TV, en-suite bathroom w/ shower \- Bedroom #2: Full size bed w/ TV \- Bedroom #3: Full size bed w/ TV EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 1 twin trifold floor mat (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided. The best strategy is to park the car and not use it until your departure! There are several local transportation options (uber, the downtowner shuttle, taxi and more), but the best is on your own two feet or a bicycle.
