Thanks Beachview Realty for hosting our visit to Newport Beach! We loved the location, the proximity to the beach, and the awesome view of the ocean on the roof top deck. The upstairs bedroom space is gorgeous. We appreciated that towels and othered necessities were left in a basket at the front door for ease of use. Many people commented on the noise level. The home is located on a major road, so there was traffic noise but nothing that deferred our enjoyment of the place. They were available to answer questions during our stay. The unit was comfortable and met our expectations with one significant exception, traffic noise. Location is fantastic (traffic noise aside), we brought bikes with us and walked to dinner, grocery store, etc. Parking for two small/medium cars in carport. If you have an issue, they are right there. It's great! We've had very, very few issues, though. The communication is fantastic. You always know exactly what to do and who to call. If you're looking for a rental in the area, they're excellent. We've stayed on the oceanfront, pier-to-pier, and on the bay. Every time has been awesome. ### 8/10 Good #### Mike H. The only issues were that the pictures online didn’t clearly show there was no door to the master bathroom which made privacy a bit of an issue. Also, the drain in the master shower had a funky odor every time the shower was used. Also, for awareness, we found a black widow spider living under the stairs leading up to the entrance to the B unit. As a California beach house there is no air conditioning; which I knew, but I didn't plan on it being the hottest weekend of the year! It was very, very warm. The interior is nicely furnished; however the kitchen cabinets and appliances were old. Dishes, etc were very haphazard. The exterior seating areas contained worn furnishings and were not very inviting. We had a few issues with plumbing and trash service, but the management was very quick to respond.
