Here's what you'll find: \- Six bedrooms, five full bathrooms. Three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. \- Two living rooms on separate floors: The first and second floor have full ocean views. Soak in the sun, waves, ocean breezes, views of Catalina Island, and sunset after sunset. \- Downstairs Living Area: A great place to hang out on the ground floor with access to the oceanfront patio, front and center to the expansive 18th Street Beach and Pacific Ocean. The downstairs bar area has a 15' wrap around counter island, full refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Perfect for entertaining in a separate area away from upstairs. \- Downstairs Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, each with queen-size beds. One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom and small built-in desk with TV. There is a second full bathroom with a combination shower/bathtub in the hallway. \- Upstairs Kitchen: There is a fully remodeled kitchen on the second level with Thermador appliances including; two ovens for large cooking, a gas range, refrigerator, as well as a dishwasher and warming drawer. \- Upstairs Living Area: The second floor as has its own dining area, living room, fireplace, TV, and large covered outside patio with a BBQ. This second living area has sliding doors that allow you to open the space and step onto a covered patio. Enjoy spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island, watch the waves, sunsets, and smell the sea air, while maintaining privacy from the boardwalk below. \- Upstairs Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms on the second floor. One perfect for children with a twin bunk bed and built in storage. The primary suite is spacious and includes an office area, Fireplace, TV, reading area, private balcony, and large en-suite with a Jacuzzi tub and large walk-in shower. The final upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom and TV. The condo is well stocked and everyone was raving about the shower products. We cooked and baked and we're super impressed with the pantry. One thing to improve expectations would be labeled pictures. We thought the master bedroom had a deck and a view.
