With multiple levels of comfort (all with breathtaking ocean views), our highly-coveted pier-to-pier location, with countless destinations all within walking distance, makes this 1st and 2nd level oceanfront condo (part of a shared triplex) a truly memorable experience! Here's what you'll find: \- Six bedrooms, five full bathrooms. Three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. \- Two living rooms on separate floors: The first and second floor have full ocean views. Soak in the sun, waves, ocean breezes, views of Catalina Island, and sunset after sunset. \- Downstairs Living Area: A great place to hang out on the ground floor with access to the oceanfront patio, front and center to the expansive 18th Street Beach and Pacific Ocean. The downstairs bar area has a 15' wrap around counter island, full refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Perfect for entertaining in a separate area away from upstairs. \- Downstairs Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, each with queen-size beds. One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom and small built-in desk with TV. There is a second full bathroom with a combination shower/bathtub in the hallway. \- Upstairs Kitchen: There is a fully remodeled kitchen on the second level with Thermador appliances including; two ovens for large cooking, a gas range, refrigerator, as well as a dishwasher and warming drawer. \- Upstairs Living Area: The second floor as has its own dining area, living room, fireplace, TV, and large covered outside patio with a BBQ. This second living area has sliding doors that allow you to open the space and step onto a covered patio. Enjoy spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island, watch the waves, sunsets, and smell the sea air, while maintaining privacy from the boardwalk below. \- Upstairs Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms on the second floor. One perfect for children with a twin bunk bed and built in storage. The primary suite is spacious and includes an office area, Fireplace, TV, reading area, private balcony, and large en-suite with a Jacuzzi tub and large walk-in shower. The final upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom and TV. ALSO INCLUDED: \- Wi-Fi \- heating; fans \- 4 low-profile beach chairs \- hair dryer; iron/ironing board \- starter supplies: liquid hand soap; dish soap; dishwasher caps; sponge; kitchen trash bags; 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom; 1 paper towel roll (guests must supply additional amounts, along with their own personal toiletries/shampoo/conditioner) THIS HOME HAS CENTRAL AIR (A/C). Nearby Marina Park (one block away) is a must-see on the bay any time of year, but also the best spot in town to view the world famous Christmas Boat Parade. Beautiful sunsets and a perfect location. We never had to even use our vehicle and just walked everywhere.
