Conveniently located 2 blocks from the local grocery store, shops and eateries. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, lower unit in great location for swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, sunbathing and more! The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and an en suite bath. 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds share a hall bath with a tub/shower combo. There is 1 car space in the shared garage. The Space: Thirty seconds from one of the best beaches in the area, this rental is ideal for the family looking to spend most of their time on the sand and in the surf. Conveniently located two blocks from the local grocery store, shops and eateries. After a long day in the sun, relax in the living area with cool tile accents. Sink into the sofa – which converts to a sleeper - and enjoy your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV. Roomy enough to prepare everything from beach picnics to full feasts for dinner, the kitchen features cheerful white and blue tile and a full range of appliances. Large cabinets provide plenty of storage space for your groceries. Eat together at the dining table with seating for 6 or grab a stool for a quick meal at the counter. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and en suite bath. Two guest bedrooms with queen beds share a hall bath with a tub/shower combo.
