The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management. \- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process. \- Primary guest must be 30+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation. \- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am. \- No Patio Access after 10 pm \- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc. \- Home has (2) sets of stairs, (1) to access the main living area, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms, and (1) to access the Master bedroom and private rooftop patio. \- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers should be expected. \- Each unit has 2 parking spaces for a total of 4 parking spaces \- (2) Garage and (2) covered tandem carport spots is Provided. (small vehicles only) \- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc. \- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability. \- Fireplace must not be left unattended while ignited for any reason \-Construction next door has been completed \- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals.
