They were very accommodating. This was perfect for our family as we used both sides of the Beach House. The location is great and its rare to have such a large garage on a beach house on Balboa.The only negatives, and they are very minor is that the furniture, especially on the lower level is quite beat up and dated. Paddleboarders in our group were happy because the SUP loading area was great!!! Loved the park and surfers in our group were also very happy.
