Slide open the wall-sized glass doors to the courtyard to create a lovely indoor/outdoor space. The living area's flat-screen TV, fireplace and several comfy sofas are perfect for post-beach relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes gourmet appliances like a Subzero fridge and Viking range, as well as gorgeous white marble countertops. The dining table seats six and the marble center island is roomy and can seat four on bar stools for extra seating. Outside in the courtyard is the four-person dining table and loveseats with a coffee table in the courtyard. A heavy duty washer and dryer is located in the ground floor laundry room. Choose from five lovely bedrooms. The stunning oceanfront master suite includes a private balcony, fireplace, and an attached full bathroom with a soaking tub, waterfall shower, dual-sink marble vanity, separate toilet and a walk-in closet. The home features a ground floor bedroom with adjacent full bath for convenience as well as a half bath just off the kitchen. Younger guests will love the bunk room with a "secret hideaway" play place, accessed through a kid-sized door. The homes outdoor spaces accent the homes interior space: from the beachfront patio with lounge chairs to the stone courtyard draped in greenery. Extra perks include parking for three or four cars in the garage (with lots of beach toys!) and an outdoor shower. The beach is your front yard at this well-located vacation rental! Step from your patio to the sand, or hit the boardwalk for a stroll, jog or bike ride. We rebooked this house for next year before we left. Most listings drastically overstate the “luxury” of the rental - that was NOT the case here. This property was vastly more beautiful than the listing. Think St. Regis, Ritz Carlton, etc. This place has high end appliances, a new grill and loads of space. The private courtyard was a favorite for our older family members looking for a beautiful place to read. The enormous garage fit our Ford Expedition rental just fine. Book this place and relax. We will continue to rent here as long as it’s available. The open kitchen with high-en appliances, was great for multiple cooks at the same time, and provided a wonderful gathering area. The bedrooms were comfortable, plenty of bath and beach towels, and the house is in a great location. We only have two suggestions - would love a fire pit in the center patio which is a great place to sit at night when the front porch gets too cold, and an awing for shade on the porch. We liked the layout of the house, and the location was great for bike riding and walking. Lots of great shops and restaurants in the Lido. Small hiccup at check-in when they called us to check our timing and the call was cut off but we couldn’t get through when we called back so we were a bit flustered when we arrived.
