The downfall it is right next to an alley where cars were constantly going in and out along with bicycles, etc. There was also construction next-door so at 7 AM sharp we heard construction workers with hammers and tools. I feel like the inside of the house could’ve been a bit cleaner. And it helped tremendously that the weather was perfect. It's .3 miles from a supermarket, right next to Sancho's Tacos, next to the beach. Also, ceiling is "thin" and you can hear those in the unit above walking. Beds were comfortable, management responded with all needs the same day. Kitchen and kitchenware is outdated and needs to be updated to reflect price paid, esp when comparing to other rentals at similar prices. It’s literally a house from the sand which meant a little extra foot traffic but not crazy!! We could walk to everything. The grocery store is a 10 minute walk! Laundry room is upstairs so it was good we had a laundry basket. There was only 4 towels and no wash cloths so I recommend you bring those things. Overall it was one of the best family vacations we have taken!!
