Located at Park Newport, Newport Beach.  
  
The apartment is all yours. No shared rooms. Full kitchen, close to the beach, free parking, and free wifi. Laundry is close to the unit.   
  
You get to be yourself here. We promote everyone have fun and be themselves.  
  
It holds 3 people but the third person has to sleep on a twin in the living room. Nothing fancy. Twin is leaning against the wall and need to move to the floor when you're ready to sleep.
