The place was not clean due to some kind of miscommunication with the cleaning crew. Had to stay one night at a hotel which was reimbursed by the management company and they provided a credit for the cleaning fee as well. Communication with the management company was frequent, but every person I spoke to I felt like I had to explain to them what was going on. They seemed willing to help, but really felt like too many people involved with me in the middle. All in all, it was a great location. When people move into the place above this unit, be aware that the noise will be noticeable. I had a family with kids that liked to run everywhere between Christmas and New Years. Sounded like a herd of elephants coming through for a few days. ##### Paul S.
