There’s a comfy living room with a sink-in-and-relax type sofa for a chill movie night beside the gas fireplace. Three rooms upstairs, all with queen -sized beds, two with ensuite bathrooms, and there’s a wet bar and mini-fridge in the hall, so you don’t need to go up and down for snacks and refreshments! We provide complimentary essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, dishwasher capsules, and toilet paper. There’s no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like the place cleaned during your stay, that service can be arranged for an extra fee. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES: \- Travelers must be at least 21 or older to book. \- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of recreational drugs or illegal activity on the premises is strictly prohibited.
