### Cool apartment with WiFi in Newport Beach

This property is scheduled for a full remodel in November. There is no A/C, and some of the items are dated, but its a great location, its clean and its 3 properties from the sand. Also, there is one full garage space that will fit most vehicles, including full size SUV. The washer and dryer is shared between upstairs and downstairs and is outside the garage.
