Every detail of this home has been thoughtfully presented and maintained, making it a long-time favorite for many of our returning guests year after year. Plan ahead to ensure there is still availability for your dates! The unit while on the smaller size, was perfect for the 3 of us. It is only a one-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, making it easy to enjoy get in some exercise and enjoy our time there. Everything was clean and comfortable.It was the perfect place to stay for a beach trip, and also worked great for some Disney days.The garage was a little weird, and since the exterior door opens inwards it wasn’t possible to fit two cars on our designated side - but plenty of space for one car. Would have felt weird to share the garage space if someone staying downstairs had been using the other side but we never saw anyone.Great trip! Would definitely book again! ##### Sarah Jane B. Other than some unexpected high temperatures, we had a great stay. Proximity to the beach is just what we needed. Cool breeze off the ocean in the evening made the hot days bearable. May 23, 2019 #### Balboa Peninsula up stairs unit. I took my 5 daughters on a girls trip and stayed at the beach house. It was amazing, so clean and darling. Great parking, we had a big SUV and it parked well on our side of the garage. Great access to places to eat and grocery store, all with in walking distance.
