Location for beach activities cannot be beat. The house itself is a little dated and uncomfortable from its age and the salty humid beach air. The house is also upside down, as in the kitchen is on the second floor. You'll want to hang out most of the time on the patio but you'll have to go inside the house and up stairs to get things or to connect to those in the living spaces. Even the grill is up stairs on the porch and there are no outside stairs down from the porch to the ground level patio. Its a small place so it is not that big of a deal, but I think we would have preferred the kitchen and living spaces opening up to the patio space. ##### Jeff B.
