On the ground floor, you'll find a private attached 2-car garage, Bedroom 1 with an en suite bathroom, and a lovely patio area to enjoy the fresh sea air. The ground floor offers convenience and privacy, with direct access to the garage and bedroom, making it a perfect spot for relaxation or recharging after a day at the beach. On the second floor, the open living space is designed to make the most of the home's prime location. Feel the coastal breeze in the large living room perfect for family gatherings and relaxation.
