This spacious 2 condo home where both units (A and B) can be rented together, is just a walk away from sandy beaches and crashing surf of the famous seaside community of Newport Beach. This 2 unit, 5- bedroom 4-bath rental home is just steps away from the ocean and Newport Beach Pier, making it the perfect vacation getaway. No need for a car either since it is just a short walk to all sorts of dining, shopping, entertainment, and excursion options in the Lido Marine Village and beyond. The front patio/balcony of each unit offers a peek-a-boo ocean view, comfortable seating, a barbecue, and the ability to dine al fresco. The open floor plan of the great rooms allow the kitchens, dining areas, and living areas to expand via glass sliding doors to the patio/balcony. The dining areas inside and outside are next to each other making it easy for everyone to dine together. The modern kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need to cook and dine at home. After a full day at the beach, cozy up to the fireplace, enjoy your favorite movie or show on the flat screen TV with abundant comfortable seating. The lower unit king master bedroom has a ceiling fan, a walk-in closet and an en suite bath with a large walk-in shower. In the upper unit, the king master bedroom has a TV with Roku streaming availability and an en suite bath with a shower/tub combination. The lower unit guest bedroom (queen) shares a hallway bath with a shower/tub combination. For the upper unit, the 2nd and 3rd Guest Bedrooms both have queen beds, mirrored slider door closets, and share the hall bathroom with a shower tub combination. There is also a full sized sofa sleeper in each of the living rooms so this home sleeps 14 comfortably in beds, with a maximum of 14 guests allowed.
