Walk to the charming shops and cafe's on Marine Ave. Take a walk down to the historic Balboa Island Ferry that takes both cars and pedestrians on a 5 minute ride to Balboa Peninsula and the Pacific Ocean beaches. This beautifully appointed home has undergone an extensive and meticulous remodel both inside and out leaving no details untouched with impeccable craftsmanship and designer touches. Our Penthouse is located on the upper level of our Duplex and includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your family vacation at the beach.
