Our Home features A gas Fire Pit on the patio over looking the harbor, BBQ grill, & Beautiful Master Bedroom with en suite bath. This home is without a doubt one of the nicest & most private vacation homes on Balboa Island! Our home includes a 55 inch Samsung Frame Smart TV with Hulu, Netflix capabilities, Powerful WiFi, Washer/Dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Keurig Machine & plenty more! LIVING SPACE When you enter our home you are greeted by the open concept Kitchen and Living room which features 2 Couches, a dining Table for 8, and a built in bar. All of this plus a view of the harbor from the large windows makes this home perfect for your family vacation. Step into our kitchen which boasts stainless steel high end appliances and everything you need to cook a full meal. From the living and dining area step out onto the patio in the evening to grill on the Weber BBQ or enjoy the fire pit while watching the boats and people walk by. There is a half bathroom located downstairs as well. Before going upstairs make sure to wash off the sand with our outdoor shower located in the courtyard. This home was exceptional and we were very comfortable and so enjoyed the more peaceful little Balboa Island. If I had to say what wasn't okay, I would say the washer/dryer was unusually noisy and the washer wasn’t the cleanest as some clothes were stained while washing them. They ultimately came clean. Other than that, we had a lovely stay and it is an amazing location on little Balboa. ##### Katharine H.
