Our home is located on the 1st floor and includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your family vacation at the beach. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc), and private patio with BBQ. West Newport is (in our opinion) one of the best locations to live/rent in Newport Beach. From forty-seventh to seventy-fourth, W. Newport is home to many long-term and permanent residents of Newport spending their time enjoying the beach without all of the hustle and bustle of the Pier & Tourist Areas. Inclusive of the W. Newport Park, you will find everything from children's Jungle Gyms to Racquetball, Pickle Ball, Tennis, Volleyball, and basketball courts. For those looking to explore the Bay, we recommend launching your stand-up paddle boards and kayaks from Channel Park on 46th street. The community of West Newport also has some great local restaurants. From breakfast at Cappy's Café to fine dining at Cucina Alessa, a home-cooked meal at the Spaghetti Bender (get the Gnocchi) to a sandwich at Tidepools or grab a Burrito on the run at Chronic Taco. There's nothing you won't find within a few minutes of home. Property is perfect location to beach. Property management was very responsive when we had a couple issues. They took care of it immediately. The only downside to our stay was that the property has a strong urine smell from pets and the floors were dirty upon arrival. We knew It was an older property so we were prepared for that but the smell makes it hard to feel comfortable. Luckily we did not spend a lot of time indoors. ##### Megan S.
