Newport is home to many long-term and permanent residents of Newport spending their time enjoying the beach without all of the hustle and bustle of the Pier & Tourist Areas. Inclusive of the W. Newport Park, you will find everything from children's Jungle Gyms to Racquetball, Pickle Ball, Tennis, Volleyball, and basketball courts. For those looking to explore the Bay, we recommend launching your stand-up paddle boards and kayaks from Channel Park on 46th street. The community of West Newport also has some great local restaurants. Property is perfect location to beach. Property management was very responsive when we had a couple issues. They took care of it immediately. The only downside to our stay was that the property has a strong urine smell from pets and the floors were dirty upon arrival. We knew It was an older property so we were prepared for that but the smell makes it hard to feel comfortable. Luckily we did not spend a lot of time indoors. ##### Megan S.
