Loved that. All the joy of the beach in Newport without the chaos (and traffic) of going out on the peninsula. One observation: lots of stairs (to the upstairs unit and to the loft bedroom), and they are funky, narrow stairs. It wasn't a problem for us. Tower 17 (the property manager) was very responsive. Location was amazing but the owners are very cheap. There were literally 2 towels in the unit, one extra blanket that was very old and uncomfortable and the bed was horrible. The washer and dryer needs quarters to use.
