Property manager's communication is great! We had a good time and were pleased with the property. A couple of things not clear on the listing are that the upstairs unit is also a VRBO, not owners or tenant rented so it's possible you could end up with no one above you or maybe someone above you for just a portion of your stay. It was perfect for just a 4 person family or less but I don't think I would try to do 2 adult couples as the bedrooms actually pass through to each other. That's also just something to be aware of for general privacy with your own kids. Ryan was very quick to reply and even called me after we left to say thank you and discuss the suggestions I had made to improve the stay a little. I hope they add them because they were just a couple of small things I thought would make the property complete. The fireplace is wood burning and they provided wood for you.
