The hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were charming and very helpful. They were all also extremely industrious. No one was ever idle, nothing was left undone, and they worked constantly and seamlessly, e.g. at breakfast everything was tidied and cleaned straight away, everything replenished, at the front desk, staff were ensuring they had everything to hand and the public areas were spotless, etc. It was a seamless operation. I felt that everyone genuinely cared about what they did and this enhanced the customer experience. Breakfast was varied and good. The guy on the desk at breakfast was a delight.
