Nestled in a quiet area of Newmarket, this stylish 1-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable retreat for business or leisure for up to three guests. With an allocated parking space for your convenience, this is the perfect haven for a dreamy stay in this historic and picturesque town.  
  
The Space:  
Unwind in the inviting living area, where a comfortable sofa bed offers extra space to relax. Cook up a delightful meal in the fully equipped kitchen, then refresh in the elegant shower room before sinking into a restful night’s sleep on the plush double bed—which can be separated into two cosy singles upon request. Located on Weston Way, you're approximately a 20 minutes walking distance from Waitrose and the High Street.

The Neighborhood:  
This apartment offers a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to local conveniences. Explore nearby shops, cafés, and restaurants, or visit the town’s famous racecourses. The area provides a mix of green spaces and urban amenities, making it ideal for both relaxation and adventure.

Points forts : Propreté, commodités et état et installations de l’hébergement.

The studio itself (it is a studio flat with a high wall between the living area and bed area, not a 1 bed apartment) is clean, well decorated and has everything you need. Unfortunately the communal area to get to the flat is dirty though and has a broken window in the entry door which isn't very welcoming. The outside of the building is also shabby and needs a good paint. The 'designated' parking space was occupied for the first 24h of my stay so I parked on the road although there is reasonable space on the road so it wasn't a big problem. I informed the managing agent that the bathroom basin tap swivels round when you use it and the beds have springs sticking out so need replacing so maybe these will be fixed for future customers.
