#### 100% worth staying in this unique accommodation 

This is a versatile accommodation for business, pleasure, families. Set in a fantastic location at the bottom of penshaw monument. There are some many places within a short drive. If you don’t want to drive there is lots to do in the immediate surrounding area. A short walk and you are down by the river, where there is a great coffee shop or friendly pub. If you enjoy walking or have a dog this is an ideal place to stay. The privacy is also another massive bonus. I would certainly recommend this property we had a great time
