Everything was okay. Staff are very welcoming. Close to the city centre. Area around the hotel lets it down a little bit. But it's ok. Not sure about the hotel reception area lends itself to an entrance to a call centre I think but the staff are no problem. Good free car park is an advantage. Breakfast bag is ok. Nothing flash but ok.

The room really run down however was clean. The noise from other guests which I know cannot be helped was very loud, woke up in night by another guest trying to get into our room. The TV did not work. For the price it's ok if your staying as part of a nightmare out with friends but you get what you pay for.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Absolutely disgusting. Drugs, bugs and mold everywhere. They obviously pay for their reviews, I don’t understand how Expedia allows this, it’s dangerous and absolutely appalling.

I was told there was an electric car charger for customers to use. On check in the lady said I could use it. When I returned later and tried to, the night receptionist was very rude to me and said I could not. I explained to him what I had been told and showed him a picture of the comms but he was rude and adversarial towards me.
