This very spacious four bedroom flat is newly renovated and ready for you to come and stay. Perfect a family break or a group looking to enjoy their time away together. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located apartment. access to the entire apartment The apartment consists of a large living/dining room that moves onto your modern kitchen and bathroom. You have two big double bedrooms, and two single bedrooms across the 2 floors. Living room and main bedroom hosts sky stream tv. Parking access outside of Apartment. Train access 3 minute walk with bus stops on the street. \- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. \- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay. At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay.
