Summary:  
Ideally located, you will find North View at the heart of South Shields, bordering the Westoe Village conservation area. With stunning interiors throughout, this stylish two-story accommodation is not to be missed! A true gem with easy access to the town centre, the beaches and the River Tyne. Sleeping up to eight guests, North View is the perfect property for families, friends, and corporate stays.  
  
The Space:  
North View is a spacious, light and airy property, with high spec amenities throughout. Located in the coastal town of South Shields, close to the cities of Newcastle upon Tyne and Sunderland, it's perfect for enjoying all that the North East has to offer. You will have full access to the property during your stay, which includes a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, four bedrooms and two bathrooms.  
  
This stunning property is ultra sleek and stylish, the kitchen area features white high gloss cabinets and light oak worktops. Fully equipped for self-catering stays, it includes an integrated oven, an electric hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, and cookware. If you don't fancy cooking during your stay, there are plenty of great restaurants and takeaways in the immediate Westoe Village area, as well as South Shields.  
  
The living and dining area has a spacious dining table, two sofas, and an armchair, wall mounted TV and stunning contemporary fire place.  
  
In addition, on this floor there is a convenient bathroom, alongside the master bedroom, which has a comfy king-size bed with a neutral colour scheme. This bedroom is the perfect retreat after a busy day exploring South Shields and the surrounding areas. You will have plenty of space to unpack your belongings as there is a chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside tables.  
  
Upstairs you will find the second bathroom and a further three bedrooms. Designed in a minimalist style in white and complemented by colourful furnishings, these rooms have a modern look. Two of the bedrooms also benefit from comfortable king-size beds, while the fourth bedroom has a small double.

Guests have access to the full property.  
  
The keys to North View are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check-in.  
  
On-street parking is available at the front of the property, along with a large free public parking area at the rear of the property.  
  
Please note that children must be under parental supervision at all times due to the property being an upstairs style flat with two flights of stairs internally.  
  
A cot is available upon request at North View. Guests will need to make us aware if this is required ahead of arrival.

South Shields is a charming coastal town situated at the mouth of the River Tyne in the North East of England. Known for its stunning beaches, rich history, and vibrant culture, South Shields offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure during your stay.  
  
The Blue Flag beach is perfect for sunbathing, beachcombing, and building sandcastles, with a lively promenade offering delightful cafés, fish and chip shops, and ice cream stands.

The historic Arbeia Roman Fort is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with the finest full-scale reconstruction of a Roman Fort in the country. For those who love the outdoors, South Shields is surrounded by beautiful parks and nature reserves. Take a stroll through South Marine Park, where you can enjoy a leisurely boat ride on the lake or relax with a picnic. The nearby Leas and Souter Light House, is protected by the National Trust, and offers stunning cliff-top walks with panoramic views of the sea.  
  
Getting Around:  
South Shields is very well-connected by public transport, making it easy to explore the wider region.  
  
The Tyne & Wear Metro service is just a stone’s throw away from the property, it provides quick and easy access to both Newcastle upon Tyne and Sunderland, where you can explore city life, historic landmarks, world-class restaurants and shopping.  
  
Additionally, the nearby ferry service offers a scenic route across the River Tyne to North Shields Fish Quay, a popular place to eat out, it is a hive of history, heritage and an excellent place for fish-lovers to enjoy a bite to eat  
Several bus routes can be found operating in South Shields offering direct access to Durham, Gateshead, Hebburn, Jarrow, Newcastle, North Shields and Sunderland.  
  
Newcastle International Airport is 20 miles away from South Shields and can be accessed by road and via the Tyne & Wear Metro.
