Guests will be charged for any additional cleaning needed above the standard requirements. Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to provide a copy of ID, name and address through our own booking system to verify your identity. You will also be asked to read, sign and accept our terms of stay policy and pay a damage deposit in order for your booking to go ahead. Shortly after your booking is made, you will be sent an external link for this to be completed. This is a mandatory condition prior to your stay. We retain the right to cancel the reservation without refund for any refusal to complete these requests after the reservation has been booked.
