I stay in hotels for approx 6 months of the year so I like to think I know a decent place when I come across it. This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Absolutely filthy. Furniture in the living room was badly stained and soiled. The bed sheets had lots of stains consisting of different colours. I felt dirty even sitting on the quilt. The windows were difficult to open. The worst of all was the towels, there was human excrement on the towel. Absolutely disgusting. Contacted the property contact and it took a lot of hours to get back to me, felt like I was dealing with someone overseas. It felt like a con if I’m being honest. They kept asking for time to put it right, but who the hell would stay in a place like this where a towel isn’t even clean. Parking on the street is a nightmare. Avoid this place like the plague.
