The apartment offers generous interiors with ducted air conditioning in the main living area, creating a comfortable space to unwind after exploring King Street’s buzzing dining scene. The living area features a large sofa, TV, and a six-seater dining table, opening onto a private balcony where you can enjoy fresh air before heading out or winding down for the evening. This space flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, which includes an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and essential cookware. Each bedroom is designed for comfort, with a king bedroom serviced by ducted air conditioning, a queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with two single beds, both with ceiling fans. Two bathrooms and a dedicated laundry with a washing machine provide added ease for longer visits. A stylish study nook offers a quiet spot for remote work or reading, while one of the building’s standout features is the shared rooftop terrace perfect for taking in sweeping city and beach views. With secure underground parking and Newcastle Beach, cafés, wine bars, parks, and transport all a short walk away, this apartment provides a premium inner-city retreat. Guest Registration & Verification: All guests must complete electronic guest registration prior to arrival, including valid photo ID (Driver’s Licence or Passport), credit/debit card details, and a list of all guests with current mobile numbers. These documents are securely stored with industry-standard encryption and automatically deleted 14 days after check-out, in line with PCI compliance, and access codes are only issued to registered and verified guests. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If the names do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community. Pre-Authorisation / Security Deposit: A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. Guests will be notified of the amount and method of payment prior to arrival. Any claims for damages will be documented and communicated clearly. Noise & No-Party Policy: All of our properties are located in residential areas and are subject to strict local noise regulations. Noise that can be heard outside the property between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Departure Responsibilities: Upon departure, all properties must be returned in a clean condition. While a general clean is included in your rental, excess cleaning charges will apply for items such as dirty dishes, stained linen, food or drink spills, BBQ cleaning, or rubbish not disposed of in outside bins. If bin night occurs during your stay, please ensure the bins are placed on the curb as instructed in your pre-arrival email; failure to do so may incur tipping fees. I travelled to Newcastle with my parents and sister for a family event. The unit was very comfortable and clean and located in a great spot—easy walking access to cafes, restaurants, and the tram. The rooftop area was a bonus, where we watched the sunset and a cargo ship come into port. It is a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk to pick up and drop off the keys. Website says accept amex, they don't. Paid online invoice. Only small part $ deducted so had to do a second invoice, after 4 phone calls. Needed ID and selfy of ocupants, no problem and sent through. Selfy was of myself and wife, NO thry said, needed selfy of booking person only. I travel 8 to 10 weeks a year internationally have used Stayz many times. No problem.
