Spacious deck, which includes a built-in BBQ for outdoor cooking and socializing. Welcome to your ideal lakeside retreat in Booragul! This spacious 4-bedroom home offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Situated just 1.5 hours from Sydney and 45 minutes from the Hunter Valley, it's an excellent spot for both relaxation and exploration. Families and groups will love the backyard, featuring a custom-built play area, large trampoline, and a basketball ring, ensuring endless fun for kids of all ages. The built-in BBQ on the back deck provides a fantastic space for outdoor cooking and dining. Enjoy the nearby footpath offering a scenic route around the lake. Enjoy walks, fishing, boating, and more, all just moments from your doorstep. With shops, restaurants, pubs, and cafes just a short drive away, you'll have everything you need for a memorable stay. Our Hampton style home is open to internal and external entertaining and is easy to live in with a well thought out floor plan. The house is equiped with ducted air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in each bedroom. The smart TV offers access to Netflix, Stan, and Disney, and WiFi is available for all your connectivity needs. The spacious dining table comfortably seats 8 people, and a highchair is available for families with young children. The main bathroom, newly renovated, features a large shower, bath, two-basin vanity, and toilet. For added convenience, there’s also an outdoor hot shower and toilet. The well-equipped laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, sink, iron and ironing board. Making it easy to handle any washing needs during your stay. Bedroom 1: triple bunkbed. double on the bottom and single on the top. Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds. 4 singles Bedroom 3: Queen bed with newly renovated ensuite. Bedroom 4: single bed with small desk. All linens, towels, shampoo, soap, washing detergent, and basic pantry items are provided for your convenience. Sorry no beach towels provided.
