This fully rented 3 family house has been combined with what was once an additional lot and provides off-street parking adjacent to the house The landlord currently pays all utilities. There are 3 electric meters, which could make it possible to change that practice in the future.. CHANGE IN PRICE DUE TO $7800 INCREASE IN ANNUAL INCOME COMPARED TO ORIGINAL LISTING. Apartments are rented with a lease agreement that is essentially a month to month tenancy. Unit #3 is a studio apartment in the basement.
